Article 1. Purpose and scope
1.1 The goods sold on the Website is intended for all professionals www.cadreapart.com (corporations), non-professionals and consumers (natural persons).
1.2 The fact, for every client professional, retail client or consumer, ordering of goods on the site, carries a full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, unless prior written between the Parties.
1.3 The Company Cadre à Part reserves the right to change at any time these Terms and Conditions. However, the Terms and Conditions applicable are those in effect at the time of placing the order.
Article 2. Order
2.1 Any Customer's order has a strong character and definitive from the date of receipt by the framework to share, subject as provided in Article 9 of the General Conditions of Sale.

Article 4. Price-Shipping
4.1 The selling price of the goods of society Cadre à Part are in Euros and inclusive of all taxes but excluding any costs of delivery.
4.2 For all orders, delivery charges will be billed to the Customer and in addition to the price of goods ordered. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the site and depend on the type of product, size and weight.
Exception: For all deliveries to Corsica, 30.00 Euro VAT will be added to shipping calculated by the site.
Article 5. Payment

Cumulatively for business customers:
- The immediate payment and automatic for all amounts owed by the Client, regardless of payment method provided,

Article 6. RETENTION OF TITLE
6.1 The transfer of ownership of goods to the customer is suspended until full payment if payment is deferred.

Article 7. Shipping

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the Customer at the time of order.

7.3 The goods are shipped to France, Monday to Friday, as soon as possible.
7.4 The delivery times depend on the availability of goods and carriers, as well as the order of commands. Frame from the company will always try to deliver all orders on the site within 48 hours.
7.5 In case of exceeding the deadline by more than 7 days, the Customer may cancel the order by registered mail with return receipt.
However, for business customers, delays in delivery can result in damages, awards, restraint, modification or cancellation of orders.
Article 8. Complaints - Damage apparent
8.1 The Customer must check the goods upon receipt.
8.2 The apparent damage (damage or missing others) recognized on the delivered goods must be written and specific reserves made by the Customer to the carrier by AR registered mail with a copy to the company and the Cadre à Part, within 3 ( three) days, not including holidays, after receipt of the goods.

8.3 No return of goods can not be made unilaterally by the Client without the prior written permission of Cadre à Part.
Article 9. Option to withdraw the Customer consumer

9.2 The products "tailored" or products manufactured in a format specified by the purchaser are not refundable (unless the seller, the company Cadre à Part, made an error and provides a product that does not match he ordered. In this case the company will replace Cadre à Part merchandise and resume the product does not match the one ordered by the customer
Article 10. Data Protection
10.1 In accordance with the new Data Protection Act No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, the processing of personal data concerning the Customer is the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté (CNIL).

The Customer may object to the transmission of information concerning him and not to receive announcements and special offers by sending a post to that effect, to the address above.
Article 11. Jurisdiction in any dispute
11.1 In the event of a dispute of any nature or dispute relating to these terms and conditions of sale and purchase agreements entered into by the customer not the company trading with Frame Part, the dispute may be brought before the competent court under the law common
